Refund Policy

Applicants who enroll in a program with The Good Samaritan of Southwest Florida may request a refund within 72 hours following their intake date and time.
 

To be eligible for a refund, the request must be submitted in writing within the 72-hour period. Refund requests received after 72 hours from intake will not be eligible for a refund.
 

Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible. Please allow up to 90 days for refund processing and issuance.
 

Charitable donations made to The Good Samaritan of Southwest Florida are non-refundable except in cases of duplicate payment, billing error, or other circumstances approved by the organization.
 

The Good Samaritan of Southwest Florida reserves the right to review all refund requests and make determinations in accordance with this policy. By enrolling in the program, applicants acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Refund Policy.
